Both are good close range rounds in a handy, lever gun. I would probably pick the .30-30. Unless I already had a .44 mag revolver.

Jan 11, 2020 · When I seen the 365 it had the flush 10 round mag. I really don't like that short of a grip. The 12 round mag or an extended base plate fixes that. I need more mag release as I kinda fumble with this one at the moment. Armory Craft has extended ones that will probably help.

The magazine release on the CZ shadow 2 is quite large and you won’t have any trouble finding it when you try to release the magazine. It’s easy to reach without breaking your grip. One thing to be aware of is that the screw holding the magazine release on will likely back out unless you apply some sort of nonpermanent thread locker.

Removing and replacing the magazine release was also easy to do. In 10 minutes, I had my SIG P365 up and running with the ACE 365 grip module. First impressions are that it’s not hefty, but it is thicker and slightly wider. It’s very comfortable in the hand. The magazine release feels much different now.

I did swap out the grip module for the slightly longer 12 round capacity XL grip, so I guess its technically a P365 X now. Did a few other upgrades as well. Armory Craft flat trigger and extended mag release. No need to for a sight upgrade, which was nice. The OEM X-Ray 3 sights are awesome.
